Is fermented from the old Styrian grape variety Blauer Wildbacher, from which a light rose wine with a lively acidity is made even after a short maceration period. The fine, finesse-rich fruit aroma known from Schilcher wine is also the aim in the production of our Schilcher vinegar therefore exclusively made of stainless steel. Goes well with a variety of fine country house dishes, especially those with a Styrian twist such as runner bean salad.
