With Caviaroli®, oil can be used in a new, unique form. The bright beige-gold color in the form of real caviar and the pure, unadulterated taste of the best hazelnut oil set a visual highlight in every menu. The pearls allow economical and targeted dosing, for example as an elegant topping for soups, sauces and salads. Tip: The shell of the caviar becomes even more tender if you let it appear lightly salted for 30 minutes at room temperature.
