The classic apple vinegar from Golles is brewed in a natural way, obtained purely from the fruit and has a delicate aroma. The juice from traditional apple varieties such as Maschansker, Bohnapfel, Ilzer Weinler or Rosenapfel is fermented and brought to aromatic ripeness. Apple vinegar can be used universally in the kitchen and can be combined very delicately with various oils - but especially with Styrian pumpkin seed oil.
