Probably the only gin distilled in the Black Forest by a lady. Almost all of the more than 20 botanicals such as lavender, rosemary, wild sloe, rose petals and blackberries grow on the Scholerhof distillery`s own orchards. They are personally collected, dried and crushed by distiller Iris Krader. The Iris Dry Gin surprises with an opulent Wacholderton embedded in floral and citrus notes. On the palate, you will experience a strong, dry, soft and, above all, a long-lasting gin.
