Delicate Belgian cream is mated with a soft Marc de Champagne and carefully stored. During this period of maturation, a Matzerat of selected mild truffles is produced very gently. This natural aroma base is gently mixed after weeks with the Marc and the cream and then mixed with vanilla pods, cinnamon blossoms, mace blossoms, honey, a hint of maple syrup and a variety of subtle herbs and allowed to act only for a few hours. Then the solid ingredients must be filtered out immediately, so as not to give too strong a flavor.
