A balsamic vinegar made from Trockenbeerenauslese grapes. With the extremely valuable juice of these grapes, the boiling down process typical of balsamic vinegars is completely unnecessary because the concentration of flavors and fragrances has already occurred to a high degree naturally on the vines. The wines come exclusively from the collection of the internationally awarded winemaker Alois Kracher. The wine vinegar is lighter than Aceto Balsamico, but its aromas are more lively than most balsamic vinegars. It goes perfectly with seafood, all kinds of dishes with Far Eastern accents, Mediterranean salads and as a noble seasoning for dark stocks and sauces.
