Cafe de Paris goes well with grilled meats, au gratin vegetables and fish, and as a spread. But please mix before use: Stir with 25ml Worcestershire sauce and 75ml of water, let soak uncooled overnight. Beat 350g soft butter until frothy, mix and season with salt.
