This soft wheat flour is enriched with dried black summer truffles (tuber aestivum vitt.) and truffle aroma. Ideal for thickening sauces (25g per 1 kg of flour) and for making pasta (50g per 1 kg of flour). This truffle flour has a very intense taste.
