Pisco Mosto Verde Italia, grape brandy, 40% vol., Peru

Pisco is a special grape brandy from South America that is distilled from different grape varieties. The juice of freshly pressed whole grapes is used and not only the pomace. One differentiates Piscos from aromatic (intensive aromas over the nose) and not aromatic (intensive aromas on the palate) grapes. This pisco is made from the Italia variety, a strong, aromatic variety in Peru, with a light sweetness and complex, fine aroma nuances. Intense floral aromas - such as geranium - as well as tropical fruits set the tone. As Pisco Mosto Verde (green grape juice), it is not completely fermented and presented on the palate, rounded off by its residual sugar content and velvety.
