Winner of the double gold medal of the World Spirits Championship 2006. 12 months stored in French Limousin oak barrels. silvery golden in color. The fragrance shows anise, marshmallow and barrel flavors. The taste has light notes of coconuts, agaves and powdered sugar, followed by peppery barrel note. Hacienda Corralejo in Guanajuato, one of the first commercial distilleries 250 years ago, processes only the pure juice of the agave (100%) without chemical additives and without dyes.
