A high-quality product (88% foie gras content) from Rougie. The pure foie gras farce was subtly seasoned. For the filling, small, fine pieces of foie gras were marinated overnight in port wine and spices and carefully folded into the foie gras mixture. The traditional trapezoidal shape, with many pieces, gives the block an attractive cut.
