Dark chocolate couverture min. 70% cocoa. Cocoa Mass (Q-Fermentation Program), Sugar, Emulsifier: SOY lecithin, natural vanilla flavor. Preparation advice: The temperature for the crystallization should be kept +/- 1 ° C. Warm the couverture to + 45 ° C / + 50 ° C. Allow to cool down to + 28 ° C with regular stirring. Then increase the temperature to + 31 ° C / + 32 ° C to process the couverture well. Store cool and dry.
