Spicy, Macedonian hot peppers in salt - wine loaf. The medium-sized pods of Dimitra from Stavrochori are carefully sorted after the harvest and placed in a fine-spicy brine. Hot peppers are classics of the Mediterranean food culture. Mostly the mild to medium-shrub shrubs are used for the refinement of salads and for the production of cheese chips eg Kopanisti. Dimitra was founded in 1970 by Ioannis Parparas and specializes in the production of pickled vegetables and olives.
