From old vineyards with deep Italian roots comes the Condimento Aceto Balsamico from the heart of Emilia Romagna. The grape juice and Trebbiano vinegar, typical of Modena, are carefully handcrafted. The combination of juice and vinegar creates an aceto that matures in oak barrels for seven years. The result is a 100% natural product, surprisingly with intense bordeaux tones and sweet sour notes on the palate. Ideal with parmesan and other cheese, meat, salad and carpaccio.
