This particularly fine tomato powder is made from fully matured tomatoes by dehydration and grinding at freezing temperature. The 100% natural product is flavor-intensive - without salt or other additives - and can be used for flavoring and coloring, without introducing additional moisture into the preparations. The tomato micro powder is used in Espumas, in the production of molecular foam effects, as a flavoring and coloring agent, and as a decorative powder.
