CH-BIO-006 Warm notes of sour cherry, chocolate and black tea Ingredients: directly purchased cocoa beans, raw cane sugar, cocoa butter (certified organic), organic dark chocolate to protect mountain gorillas and nature in Virunga National Park, Eastern Congo (DR). The beans come from the park`s buffer zone, home to the last free-living mountain gorillas. This strong, lively dark chocolate has a cocoa content of 70% and is conched for 20 hours. It has a fine finish with a hint of black tea. The pure original beans chocolates are made from rare types of cocoa. Through direct trade with farmers` cooperatives and joint conservation projects (each table: one tree), Original Beans reforests the rainforest home of endangered flora and fauna, improves the income of thousands of cocoa farmers and creates award-winning quality. All over the world, the best chefs and pastry chefs use original beans in their creations and enchant their guests with lasting enjoyment.
