Limited olive oil, cold pressed and unfiltered. The first oil of the harvest. This year, Ursini has processed four types of olives into an intensely green oil: Leccino, Cucco, Intosso and Dreita. Artichoke and grass can be found on the nose. The taste is dominated by a pronounced olive note with a well-balanced bitterness and spiciness. The harmonious oil is suitable for seasoning cream cheese, salads, vegetable dishes and simply on the roasted bruschetta.
