Veronique Witzigmann: The tart, fruity aroma of the pink grapefruit forms a very tasty combination with the sweet raspberry. Tastes as yummy as a topping of quark dishes. For my fine fruit spreads I select only the best fruits and spices for you. In order to process these ingredients gently and tastefully, only small quantities are cooked by hand.
