For this oil Levantine Hazelnuts of the Premiun A quality are processed in a gentle roasting process. A production process that has been unchanged for 40 years, which is constantly adjusted to the respective crops and qualities in a traditional plant. The nuts are then carefully ground and cold-rolled. The oil is separated from the marrow so that all valuable ingredients are preserved. Use: in salad dressings, with fish, game and vegetables, especially with root vegetables.
