QimiQ Whip is up to 50% fatier than traditional cream products. It turns cold and is ideal for Espuma use. QimiQ Whip can be frozen and thawed very well without quality loss. When preparing with fruits, for example in a mousse, avoid mixing or discolouring. QimiQ Whip is available in 4 varieties: coffee, vanilla, chocolate and nature. Ingredients
Cream preparation (17% fat) with gelatine and vanilla extract. 87% CREAM (18% fat), Sugar, Emulsifier: Acetic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, gelatin, modified starch, flavoring, coloring agent: beta-carotene. Application: Cut open the whole package and put cold QimiQ in a bowl that is not too wide. Beat for at least 5 minutes and refine to taste (eg rum, lemon juice). Store in a refrigerator after opening and use within 3-4 days. Made in Austria.
