Ingredients
Cream preparation (16% fat) with gelatine and chocolate; UHT. 76% CREAM (18% fat), sugar, 6.7% chocolate powder (cocoa powder, sugar), emulsifier: acetic acid ester of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, gelatin. Processing: Whisk up the cold QimiQ Whip chocolate with the mixer and at the same time refine it if desired (eg with alcohol). Dress in a glass and serve immediately or refrigerate. (For creams, fillings and mousses with volume). Store in a refrigerator after opening and consume within 3 - 4 days. Made in Austria.
