Beech wood - the classic, with not too strong smoke flavor for fish, meat and poultry. Incense chips, like a good spice in cooking, make for spicy smoke flavors while grilling. They are either added to the coal embers or moistened in gas and electric grills wrapped in aluminum foil and placed on the grill. Made of 100% pure wood without bark or other foreign components. The chips with low wood moisture are applicable in all grills and smokers by their uniform chip size of 8-12mm.
