Corsiglia Facor, guarantee of high quality candied fruits. The focus is on authentic taste and color. In contrast to most other products, the product is not overly sweet and has a semi-soft consistency. Orange peel is made from the oily peel of bitter oranges, also known as bitter oranges. Processing it into orange peel is relatively complex: half salted fruits are desalted, blanched, the core is removed and the peels are then candied in a sugar solution. Orange peel is bright to deep orange, slightly brownish. The taste is sweet, with an aromatic bitter note.
