The vanilla used to flavor this paste comes from Moroni, the capital of the island group of Comoros, which can be found in the Indian Ocean. Especially suitable for making milk ice cream and flavoring cream, creams, fillings and desserts. The delicious taste of Moroni vanilla supports and enhances everything that still has that certain something !!! This paste consists almost only of vanilla and therefore has a dark color.
