Colored confectionery based on cocoa butter. Sugar, 27.5% cocoa butter, WHOLE MILK POWDER, emulsifier: SOY LECITHIN, natural lemon flavor, colors: E132, E100, natural vanilla flavor. Preparation instructions: Heat the callets to +40°C / +45°C. Then let it cool down to +27°C while stirring regularly. Then increase the temperature to +28°C / +29°C. Store dry, protected from light and cool at +12°C to +20°C.
