Ingredients
Orange-colored sugar confectionery based on cocoa butter. Sugar, 29% cocoa butter, WHOLE MILK POWDER, color: E160e, natural vanilla flavor. Heat the couverture to +40°C / +45°C. Then let it cool down to +27°C while stirring regularly. Then increase the temperature to +28°C / +29°C. Store in a dry and cool place at 12°C to 20°C.
