Ingredients
Mixture for chocolate mousse, 75% chocolate. 70% chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, skimmed MILK POWDER, highly deoiled cocoa powder, emulsifier: SOY LECITHIN, natural vanilla flavor), sugar, glucose syrup, fully hydrogenated vegetable fats (palm kernel), color: E150d, highly deoiled cocoa powder, MILK PROTEIN, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides E340i i,E472a, stabilizer: E340ii, emulsifier: E472a. Store in a cool, dry and odor-free place at +12°C to +20°C. Processing: Add 1 liter of milk per 800g of powder. Beat at high speed. Portion into dessert bowls or glasses. Cool in the refrigerator and serve. The finished portioned mousse can be frozen at -18°C.
