Easy to use powder for the easy production of chocolate mousse. Simply mix 800g powder with 1 liter of cold milk and beat at high speed for 5 minutes. Let cool for at least 2-3 hours. Makes approx. 36 portions of 50g each. The special BOS FOOD tips - tested on the in-house coffee machine: A white cocoa drink can be made with the mousse powder. Dissolve approx. 40g (depending on your taste) of powder in 150-200ml of hot whole milk and top with milk foam, done. The mix tastes super delicious when complemented with an espresso. Or simply sweeten Cafe Crema with the white mousse powder...
