Concentrated basis for making sauces. 73% porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis and related mushrooms), MILK, CREAM, 3% Bianchetto truffle (Tuber albidum), CREAM, BUTTER, 2% black summer truffle (Tuber aestivum), onions, carrots, potato flour, salt, pepper, flavorings. Serving tip: Spread the mushroom and truffle paste with olive oil, cream or butter. One spoon per serving. Store cool and dry. Made in Italy.
