Creme Brulee is a dessert specialty from fine French cuisine. The pre-product from ElleundVire enables quick and easy preparation and tastes like homemade with its fine aroma of cream, egg yolk and natural vanilla. A wide range of variations are possible through individual creations, for example with liqueur or fruit. The dessert will be ready to serve in an hour. A 1 liter tetra pack makes 12-15 servings.

Ingredients
Long-lasting, liquid ready-made preparation for creme brulee with bourbon vanilla from Madagascar. CREAM (from cow`s milk), WHOLE MILK, sugar, glucose syrup, EGG YOLK, modified starch, natural vanilla flavor, thickener: carrageenan, xanthan gum, PROTEIN POWDER, color: beta-carotene, leftover vanilla beans. Store in a cool place at a maximum of +18°C. After opening, store in a cool place and use within 48 hours. Do not freeze. Preparation: Put the contents of the pack in a pot and heat to 85°C while stirring. Pour into portion glasses and let cool for 20 minutes. Then refrigerate at -4°C for 3 hours. Sprinkle sugar on top and caramelize.
