Our mousse contains 50% foie gras. Thanks to its light texture and subtle taste, it can also be used as an ingredient for other applications. To serve, chill for 20 minutes, simply open both sides of the tin and push out the mousse with the lid. Slices can be cut off with a hot and wet knife.
