Ingredients
Burgundy snails in the vegetable stock. WeinbergSCHNECKEN Meat (Helix pomatia), water, salt, thyme, laurel, allspice, carrots. Preparation: Drain the snails in a sieve and rinse with clean water. Put the snails in a suitable house and fill with herb butter (eg 70g butter with 6g parsley, 8g garlic, 6g chopped shallots, salt, pepper). Heat in the oven until the butter is boiling, serve hot. Store in a cool and dark area. After opening, store in a clean container in the refrigerator and use within 24 hours. Product from France.
