A cuvee, which in Mosto in Italy is called the must of olives and is not filtered - made from carefully selected top Italian olive varieties. The mild and balanced extra virgin olive oil supports the flavors of the Mediterranean cuisine without being obtrusive or obscuring anything. Not far from the Ligurian coast near Taggia, the Venturino family cultivate their terraced olive groves with more than 2000 olive trees. Here is the situation much manual work to the harvest in the period from November to January in demand.
