Carefully selected sardines in a traditional Galician sauce, which was originally cooked on the fishing boat by the fishermen from the Vigo area of onions, tomatoes and spices (eg peppers and cloves). For a particularly authentic taste experience, it is advisable to heat the tin in the oven after opening it - and to keep it properly whitewash for dipping! It also tastes great cold, of course. The fish come from the bay of Rias de Vigo and the Rias de Pontevedra. The producer is particularly proud of the high quality of the fish, and he recommends that his customers consume all their products straight from the can, because this is the best way to recognize the special care in processing. The company Catrineta from Santiago de Compostela has set itself the goal of helping produce canned fish to flourish, a tradition that has a long tradition in Galicia.
