The nougat mass is made from roasted, peeled and finely ground hazelnut kernels, with an admixture of cocoa products and sugar. This nut nougat block consists of: sugar, hazelnuts, cocoa butter and vanillin and is made from stacked layers of alternating particularly light and normal dark nougat mass. When melted, it is ideal for filling pralines, sweets and pastries as well as for flavoring buttercream. Tastes purely like roasted hazelnuts.
