Although Bouvet mainly focused on the sparkling wine the traditional Loire Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc, also an excellent Chardonnay sparkling wine is produced. This comes very close in taste image a Champagne Blanc de Blanc. The freshness of this cremants recalls the fruity taste of peaches and apricots, with hints of hazelnut and brioche. The elegance and creamy texture make it a real alternative to champagne.
