The Bos, Premium Dry Gin with Lemongrass, Ralf Bos Edition, 37.5% vol., Kornmayers

After every winemaker, brewer, schnapps distiller and grocer wanted to sell us his own gin, we had the idea to compose a gin and call it Idea Claw or something like that. In order to have a unique selling point, we wanted to create it so that it tastes just as good as it does a long drink. We also found the idea of the bison grass stale, but replaced it with lemongrass. So we doctored around for a while on the product. Unfortunately, the result was so good that we found it a pity to run it as a satirical component. Somehow we fell in love with this stuff. We now find him so good that we even gave him the name of our high flyer, The Bos. Try a mouthful, you will understand what we mean. The perfect gin! Subtle notes of juniper are supported by a hint of lemongrass. The low alcohol content also benefits him.
