BCN Barcelona Dry Gin, 40% vol., Spain

With the exception of the Catalan tropical fruits, all the botanicals of this gin come from the well-known northern Spanish winegrowing region of Priorat. These are grapes, rosemary, fennel, pine seed, juniper and especially figs! Even the water used comes from a local source. Fresh, floral and Mediterranean on the nose. On the palate fennel, rosemary and juniper are congenially complemented by the sweetish fig fruit. BCN is the abbreviation for the airport of Barcelona.
