Pisco Mosto Verde Moscatel, grape brandy, 40% vol., Peru

Pisco is a special grape brandy from South America that is distilled from different grape varieties. The juice of freshly pressed whole grapes is used and not only the pomace. One differentiates Piscos from aromatic (intensive aromas over the nose) and not aromatic (intensive aromas on the palate) grapes. This pisco is made from the grape variety Moscatel, an aromatic variety in Peru. He conquers the senses with intense fruit aromas of apple paired with a light lavender tone. As Pisco Mosto Verde (green grape juice) it is not completely fermented and presents itself on the palate with its residual sugar content rounded velvety, with orange peel, wood and herbal notes on the finish.
