Williams Williams pear brandy, 40% vol., Scheibel

The Alte Zeit series includes the top products of the Scheibel distillery. The fires are elaborately distilled over wood fire and are characterized by a long maturation period. The Greeks called pears the gift of the gods, and magic believed that their cores could cure disease. An attractive pear aroma that leaves little room for the light vanilla and honey tones. A light musk clay joins a hint of lime and a hint of ripe honeydew melons.
