Ingredients
Chickpeas cut in half, dried. Chickpeas. The dried chickpeas must be soaked for at least 12 hours. The used water should be replaced by new water. Before cooking, chickpeas are rinsed thoroughly again. The cooking time is then about 2 hours. If you soak the chickpeas for 24 hours, the cooking time is reduced to about 30-40 minutes. Store cool and dry. After opening, the contents should be stored in an air-permeable container.
