Palm Iceland Pacific salt is obtained by a special procedure. Pacific water from the coastal region from the island of Molokai is filtered and evaporated in closed systems with the help of solar energy. The resulting salt crystals are additionally mixed with sea minerals extract. This gives a gourmet salt with only 84% sodium chloride - 16% are made up of 80 occurring in seawater elements and trace elements together. The White Palm Iceland Pacific Salt is known for its shimmering crystals with fantastic texture and a distinctive sweet finish.
