The traditional allioli is one of the most famous sauces in Spain. In Catalan, All means garlic and Oli means oil. The ingredients from which a real allioli is made. This dispenses with the addition of egg. Allioli goes well with grilled meats, fish and seafood and vegetables. Or simply enjoy the cream on fresh white bread!
