DE-ÖKO-006 This red whole grain rice from India is cultivated by only a few locals due to the difficult geographical conditions in the growing area and the low crop yield. The rice also owes its red color to its growing area, because the clay-like texture turns the husk of the grain red, while the inside remains white. Rinse the rice briefly.
