Baron de Chanteclerc, rose, dry, non-alcoholic, La Colombette

Baron de Chanteclerc is a serious alternative for wine connoisseurs who appreciate the taste of a winemaker`s sparkling wine, but unfortunately want or have to do without alcohol, be it at a champagne reception or in a social circle of friends and family. This great drink comes from Domaine La Colombette in Languedoc. On his family winery, Vincent Pugibet has perfected the dealcoholization of his excellent dry wines (PLUME 9% alcohol) - and is now presenting his first sparkling wine made from dealcoholized wine with added carbon dioxide, completely alcohol-free and 100% Grenache. The taste is dry with 35 grams of residual sugar, elegant with beautiful fruit of strawberries and raspberries, with a fine perlage.
