The classic summer mayonnaise with garlic. It tastes particularly good with fish, shellfish and seafood. Like all mayonnaises, it is made from fresh egg yolks, sunflower oil, white wine vinegar, salt and sugar and has a creamy consistency because it was whipped with a whisk - just like in your own kitchen.
