Puffed rice is white rice that has been steamed under pressure. After the pressure is reduced, the grains then puff up. Puffed rice is used in muesli mixes or candied or covered with chocolate as a confectionery. This puffed rice is offered as coarse crumbles in a 2 kg bag.

Caramelized puffed rice, coarse. Raw cane sugar, 29.5% buffered rice, caramelized sugar syrup. For sprinkling and decorating cakes and patisserie. Can be mixed with couverture or gianduja and used for chocolate specialties. Store dry and cool at +12°C to +20°C.
