Ingredients
Instant powder for capppuccino mousse. Sugar, glucose syrup, fully hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm kernel), 4.5% coffee extract, modified starch, emulsifiers: E471, E472a, E472e, heavily deoiled cocoa powder, MILK PROTEIN, gelling agents: E407, E440 standardized with sugar. Dosage: 1 liter of milk / 500g powder. Preparation: Mix 500g powder with 1 liter of milk with the mixer for 4-6 minutes, then cool for 2 hours at +5°C and serve. Store in a cool place (+12°C to +20°C), dry and odor-free. Made in Switzerland.
