The various toppings from Carma are ready-to-use dessert sauces that are ideal for ice cream specialties, desserts, creams, milkshakes, yoghurt and as a sauce layer for desserts. They can be served cold or warm. Simply heat in a water bath or microwave. Carma Topping is available in the following flavors: caramel, chocolate, raspberry, strawberry, blueberry, kiwi and mango.

Ingredients
Blueberry topping. 30.5% blueberries, glucose syrup, sugar, water, stabilizer: sorbitol, dextrose, acidifier: citric acid, acidity regulator: diphosphates, gelling agent: pectin, acidity regulator: trisodium citrate, preservative: potassium sorbate. Processing: Cold: pour over a dessert at +5°C to +18°C. Warm: heat the opened bottle at a maximum of +40°C in a water bath or in the microwave. Use overhead. Store cool (+15°C to +22°C), dry and odor-free.
