The various toppings from Carma are ready-to-use dessert sauces that are ideal for ice cream specialties, desserts, creams, milkshakes, yoghurt and as a sauce layer for desserts. They can be served cold or warm. Simply heat in a water bath or microwave. Carma Topping is available in the following flavors: caramel, chocolate, raspberry, strawberry, blueberry, kiwi and mango.

Raspberry topping. Sugar, 27.5% raspberry pulp, glucose syrup, water, acidifier: citric acid, gelling agent: pectin, black currant juice concentrate, natural flavor, elderberry extract, acidity regulator: diphosphate, preservative: potassium sorbate, acidity regulator: trisodium citrate, stabilizer: E509. Processing: Cold: pour over a dessert at +5°C to +18°C. Warm: heat the opened bottle at a maximum of +40°C in a water bath or in the microwave. Use overhead. Store cool at +15°C to +22°C and odor-free. Store in the refrigerator after opening.
